1. By entering the Old Spice® Super Hydration Fiji Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) entrant agrees to be bound by these official rules and regulations (“Official Rules”). The Sweepstakes are sponsored by The Procter & Gamble Distributing LLC (“Sponsor”) and administered by TOPBOX Inc. (“Administrator”). The prizes are provided by the Sponsor. The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. eastern standard time (“E.S.T.”) on May 25, 2025 ends at 12:00 a.m. E.S.T. on July 1, 2025 (“Sweepstakes Period”).
2. Eligibility. The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (“Eligibility Area”) who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and the age of majority in their state of residence at time of entry (each individually an, “Entrant,” and collectively, “Entrants”). Void outside the Eligibility Area and where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, independent contractors, officers and directors of the Sponsor, Administrator, and any of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and any other company or individual involved with the design, production execution or distribution of the Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Released Parties”) and the immediate family members (defined herein as, spouses, parents and step-parents, siblings and step-siblings, descendants and stepchildren) and household members (defined herein as, individuals who share the same residence at least three (3) months out of the year) of each such individuals are not eligible. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules and regulations. Participation constitutes Entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding (without right of appeal) in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
3. Sweepstakes Period. During the Sweepstakes Period, an Entrant may participate as set forth in Sections 4 and 5.
4. How to Enter. There is NO PURCHASE NECESSARY to participate. A purchase or payment will not increase your chances of winning. To submit an entry to the Sweepstakes potential Entrants during the Sweepstakes Period Entrants must: (a) use a mobile or other compatible device to scan the QR code for the Old Spice® Super Hydration Fiji advertisement at a participating retailer of the Sweepstakes, (b) which will direct the Entrant to a website with an entry form (the “Website”), (c) within the entry form, Entrants shall provide their full name and e-mail address, (d) Entrants may indicate whether Entrant would like to receive future notifications regarding upcoming events or promotions from the Sponsor (for the avoidance of doubt, opting-in to receive such notifications is optional and will not impact your chances of winning in the sweepstakes), and (e) following this, Entrants will submit the completed entry form by clicking “Enter.” Each completed online entry form will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes Entry”).
To enter for the Sweepstakes drawing without making a purchase, Entrants must send an e-mail to oldspicefijisweeps@topboxmarketing.com with the following information: full name, street address, city, state, ZIP code, date of birth and daytime and evening telephone numbers (including area code). All e-mailed entries received by the end of the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible.
Limit of one (1) Sweepstakes Entry per person, per email address, throughout the Promotion Period. All entries must be received by the end of the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. All data collected by TOPBOX is limited for the purpose of administering the Sweepstakes. Incomplete entries or entries not complying with these Official Rules are subject to disqualification, at the Sponsor’s or Administrator’s sole and absolute discretion. Proof of e-mailing or online submission does not constitute proof of delivery.
If the Sponsor or Administrator determines in their sole and absolute discretion that an entry is mechanically reproduced, copied, incomplete, inaccurate, counterfeited, altered, defective, damaged, illegible, reproduced, tampered with, mutilated, irregular in any way or contains printing, typographical, mechanical, or other errors, or by any means subverts the entry process such entry will be deemed void.
5. Prizes and Approximate Retail Values (“ARV”).

One (1) Prize total will be awarded. Winner will be permitted to bring one (1) guest. Winner’s guest must be eighteen (18) years of age or older and the age of legal majority in their state of residence by the end of the Sweepstakes Period, unless the winner is the parent or legal guardian of the guest. If any prize portion of the prize becomes unavailable, Sponsor and Administrator reserve the right to modify the prize or substitute the prize (or portion thereof) with a similar prize (or prize element) of comparable or greater value. No transfer, cash or other substitution of the prize is permitted except Sponsor or Administrator may substitute prize in whole or in part for one of comparable or greater retail value for any reason. Resale of any prize is prohibited. All other additional expenses, over and above expenses included in the Prize, are the responsibility of the Winner.
All Federal, State and local taxes and other expenses, costs, or fees associated with the acceptance or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of winner. The approximate retail value of the Prize is $10,000.00 (USD). Actual value of the trip portion of the prize will depend on airfare fluctuations and point of departure. Any difference between stated value and actual value will not be awarded. Travel must be commence no later than December 1st, 2025 and must be completed by December 31, 2025. Winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary. All travel accommodations and arrangements must be arranged for and booked by the Administrator, and are to be arranged at Sponsor’s discretion. Certain blackout dates and restrictions apply. The Sponsor and Administrator shall have no responsibility or liability for cancellations, delays, or any other change by any company or person providing any element of the prize, and is not responsible or liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence thereof.
Winners may be required to provide the Sponsor with his or her social security number for taxation purposes, and if so, winners will receive an IRS Form 1099 from the Sponsor for the actual retail value of the prize received.
6. How to Win and Winner Selection Methodology. Winners will be selected at the end of the Sweepstakes Period from the total pool of eligible entries. Odds of winning are dependent on the total number of eligible entries received. Drawings will be conducted by the Administrator, an independent judging organization whose decisions are final and binding on all matters related to the Sweepstakes.
7. Claiming the Prize. The potential Sweepstakes prize winner will be contacted via email and will be required to sign and return a declaration of eligibility and liability release and except where prohibited, publicity release (“Declaration”) within three (3) days of notification in order to be confirmed as a winner. A winner’s guest may also be required to execute such Declaration. If a potential winner and their guest fail to return the completed Declarations within three (3) days, such Declarations will be returned as undeliverable, Entrant shall be deemed to be ineligible, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate potential winner will be selected for the applicable prize, time permitting. Upon prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given. Return of prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and alternate selection. If a potential Sweepstakes prize winner is disqualified for one of the reasons mentioned above, the Sponsor or Administrator may, at their sole and absolute discretion, allow for an alternate winner to be selected, the alternate winner must complete and return the required documents in the timeframe specified.
8. Publicity Release and Indemnification. By participating, each Entrant agrees to: (a) comply with and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor and Administrator; (b) receive any notices and other communications related to the Sweepstakes electronically, including via email and the Website; (c) release and hold harmless the Sponsor, Administrator and Released Parties, and their respective parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies, the prize suppliers and any other organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the Sweepstakes, and all of their respective past and present officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liability, including but not limited to negligence and damages of any kind to persons and property, including but not limited to invasion of privacy (under appropriation, intrusion, public disclosure of private facts, false light in the public eye or other legal theory), defamation, slander, libel, violation of right of publicity, infringement of trademark, copyright or other intellectual property rights, property damage, or death or personal injury arising out of or relating to an Entrant’s Sweepstakes entry, creation of a Sweepstakes entry or submission of a Sweepstakes entry, participation in the Sweepstakes, acceptance or use or misuse of any prize (including any travel or activity related thereto) and/or the broadcast, exploitation or use of Sweepstakes entry; and (d) indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Sponsor, Administrator and Released Parties from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liabilities (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or relating to an Entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes and/or Entrant’s acceptance, use or misuse of any prize. Entrants who do not comply with these Official Rules, or attempt to interfere with this Sweepstakes in any way shall be disqualified. Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes Entrant’s consent to Sponsor and their agents’ use of Entrant’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state for Sweepstakes, advertising, marketing, and promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further notice, payment or consideration. Except where prohibited, by participating in the Sweepstakes, each Entrant agrees to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, Administrator and Released Parties from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes, the Website or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes, the Website; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, printers or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes, the Website or the processing of Sweepstakes entries; (e) late, lost, or undeliverable email; (f) any defect in a prize or inability to participate in the Sweepstakes or use the Website or use a prize, or (g) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes, the receipt, acceptance, delivery, possession, use or misuse of any prize.
9. Limitation of Liability. Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, the liability of the Sponsor, Administrator and Released Parties will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Sweepstakes and in no event shall the Sponsor, Administrator and Released Parties be liable for attorneys’ fees. Under no circumstances will an Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, consequential, incidental, direct, or indirect damages, and any other damages (other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses), and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. If, for any reason, an Entrant’s Sweepstakes entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, Entrant’s sole remedy is another Sweepstakes entry in this Sweepstakes (time-permitting), if it is possible in the Sponsor’s or the Administrator’s sole discretion. These Official Rules prevail should there be any conflict or uncertainty relating to the Sweepstakes based on information or advice provided by any of the Sponsor, Administrator or Released Parties. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO ALL ENTRANTS.
10. General Rules. By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator, whose decisions are final and binding (without right of appeal) in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Any Internet, telecommunications or data charges imposed by Entrants’ service provider(s) are Entrants’ sole responsibility. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder of the email address assigned by an Internet access provider, online service provider, Internet service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Sweepstakes entries specifying an invalid, non-working, or inactive email address may be disqualified. No information regarding Sweepstakes entries, other than as otherwise set forth in these Official Rules or on the Website, will be disclosed. Sponsor, Administrator and the other Released Parties are not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network server or other connection; miscommunications; failed phone or computer or telephone transmissions, technical failure; jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions, late, lost, incomplete, delayed, or misdirected Sweepstakes entries; or other error of any kind whether human, mechanical, or electronic. Any attempt to deliberately damage the Website or undermine the legitimate operations of the Sweepstakes, is a violation of the criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such Entrant, individual or entity to the fullest extent permitted by law and to disqualify such Entrant from the Sweepstakes. In the event an insufficient number of eligible entries are received and/or Sponsor is prevented from awarding the prize(s) or continuing with the Sweepstakes as contemplated herein for any reason or by any event beyond its control, including but not limited to fraud, unauthorized human intervention, fire, flood, earthquake, windstorm, epidemic, pandemic, public health crisis, disease, virus, sickness or outbreak or other similar or dissimilar natural disaster, act of God or public enemy, riot or civil disturbance, act of any government or governmental authority, power failure, satellite or equipment failure, failure of telecommunications lines or failure or breakdown of plant, machinery or vehicles operated by a third party, labor dispute, strike, or lockout, actual or threat of war, armed conflict, terrorist attacks, war (declared, undeclared or threatened), explosion, nuclear, chemical or biological contamination, or a government imposed travel ban, restriction on movement or gatherings, or other government imposed mandate of any kind, order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within Sponsor’s control (each a “Force Majeure” event or occurrence), Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes. Sponsor, Administrator and the other Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, corrupted, or incomplete Sweepstakes entries. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt by Sponsor. The Sponsor and Administrator reserve the right at their sole discretion to disqualify any individual, potential Entrant or Entrant that tampers or attempts to tamper with the Sweepstakes entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or Website, violates these Official Rules, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. The Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. By participation in the Sweepstakes, Entrants release and hold harmless the Sponsor, Administrator and Released Parties from and against any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with submitting a Sweepstakes entry or otherwise participating in any aspect of the Sweepstakes, the receipt, ownership or use of any prize awarded, or while preparing for, participating in any prize-related activity or any typographical or other error in these Official Rules or the announcement or offering of any prize. By participating, Entrants release Meta Platforms, Inc. (“Meta”), Instagram, LLC (“Instagram”), YouTube from all responsibility, agree to Meta’s, Instagram’s and YouTube’s terms of use or similar, applicable policies, and acknowledge that the Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Meta, Instagram and YouTube.
11. Governing Law and Venue. As a condition of participating in these Sweepstakes, each Entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with these Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the Federal and State courts located in New Castle County, Delaware (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering these Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (c) under no circumstances will an Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO ALL ENTRANTS. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the Entrants, winners, Sponsor and Administrator in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Delaware, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Delaware or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Delaware. If for any reason an entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, the Entrant's sole remedy is another entry in the same or a comparable Sweepstakes. Sponsor's failure to enforce any provision on these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
12. Privacy Policy and Children’s Privacy. Information collected by Sponsor in connection with this Sweepstakes may be used by Sponsor and shared with third parties involved in administration of the Sweepstakes in accordance with the Sponsor’s online Privacy Policy posted [https://privacypolicy.pg.com/en-US/#statePrivacyNotice]. Each Entrant hereby agrees to the collection, processing and storage of Entrant’s personal data by Sponsor for the purposes of the Sweepstakes.
13. Disputes. Each Entrant agrees and acknowledges that the Sponsor’s or Administrator’s decision of the winner is final and at the Sponsor’s or Administrator’s sole and absolute discretion. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of any Entrant or winner, such individual will be deemed the natural person in whose name the email account was opened, and such individual must comply with these Official Rules. In the event a dispute regarding the identity of an Entrant cannot be resolved to Sponsor’s or Administrator’s satisfaction, the affected entry will be deemed ineligible.
14. Severability. If any provision of these Official Rules is illegal or unenforceable under applicable law, the remainder of the provision will be amended to achieve as closely as possible the effect of the original term and all other provisions of these Official Rules will continue in full force and effect.
